OT (smoked salmon) Ltd opened for business in 1985 and we therefore have many years of experience within the industry.

The business is founded by two partners who prior to opening OT (smoked salmon) Ltd had 30 years combined experience in smoked salmon.

OT (smoked salmon) Ltd is named after the two partners who set up the company, Desmond O’Leary and Michael Tsoukkas who still run the business today.

We are passionate about our business and pride ourselves on producing the highest quality product possible using traditional techniques. We are under Kedassia supervision.

OT (smoked salmon) Ltd complies with HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) standards which ensure quality control from the moment the fish is received right up until the point when the finished products are dispatched.

OT (smoked salmon) Ltd is currently working towards SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accreditation.
